Almeley Women's Institute

Welcome to Almeley Women’s institute. part of the national Federation of Women’s Institutes, which has 205,000 members and 6,800 branches nation-wide.

 

Members play a unique role in generating friendship, providing education opportunities, including residential courses at its own Denman College. They take part in a wide range of activities, campaigning on issues that matter to them, to their communities and the nation. Such a large group of women has influence when urging HM Government to address issues of important for the health and welfare of all its citizens.

New Members

New members are always welcome. We meet on the third Thursday of the month in Almeley Village Hall at 7.30pm

 

The aim is to meet friends, and enjoy interesting speakers and outings.
